"Property itself was ok, however the lady in charge was extremely unhelpful. She went out of her way to make our stay more difficult than it needed to be and was constantly quoting regulations and insurance policies to justify her lack of customer service. Considering we were there for a wedding and booked almost the entire hotel, I feel she could have been much more welcoming."

Un point noir cependant : notre arrivée n'était pas transmise par vos services auprès de la direction, après notre réservation par internet. Heureusement, nos sympathiques logeurs ont tout fait pour nous accueillir comme il se doit dans les meilleures conditions. "
