The only downfall was the last two days the water in the kitchen and bathroom was orange. No fault of the owner obviously the building was having a water issue. Great condo. "The Host was spot on with detailed information and answered all my questions. The property was exactly as described and very clean. We sat on the covered porch each morning listening to the waves and marveled at the beautiful views. Although you do not need to leave the resort, we did visit Magens Bay Beach and Trunk Bay Beach. Both were gorgeous. We traveled via taxi which are easily available at the resort. It was a perfect vacation spot for us!"

"This is unit in an older NOLA style building on the 2nd floor. Unit is somewhat dated. The layout is a little funky but overall the living space and porch are great for a big group. We had six adults and it worked perfectly. Short walk to bars, shops and restaurants. Nice neighborhood. Awesome communication from the manager. Overall, great place to stay. "

"This villa resort is in the luxury class of properties. It consists of six luxury villas which all have spectacular views of the Caribbean Sea and the islands of the British Virgin islands. These units sit on top of a mountain called Picture Point. The property is well maintained and each unit comes with all the amenities that you would need, including a washer and dryer. The infinity pool and hot tub are wonderful. If you want class and luxury this is the place to rent."

Truly the best location in St. Thomas, but pricey!

"You're gonna pay *way* more than other hotels/resorts/airbnbs in the area, but you're also gonna feel very safe and have one of the best and more private views on St. Thomas. The private beach isn't as nice as the others in the area you can drive to, but nice for a morning walk. The pools are unheated - beware! - and there is no hot tub which is the only thing that could've made this place better. That said, the room was extremely clean and well appointed, especially with kitchen items you need to cook and eat, and it was in such a good location. Highly recommend staying on this side of the island. They try to sell you a timeshare, but you can turn down the presentation of course. Any time we needed anything (extra blankets, more sugar packets), they would drive it right up. Lots of roosters, chickens, and cats on the property (though I wish they could take better care of the cats and work with the local Humane society). Overall, a great spot and highly recommend."
