"Really nice property. Updated as described. Everything we needed was there. We rented a car and discovered that is a 100% necessity. This location is, in our opinion, the cleanest nicest part of the island. It is somewhat remote with a beautiful view from the balcony. Without a car you would be limited on activities but I wouldnt let that stop you from renting as the island is 30something miles long and lots to do along the way. Really enjoyed our stay. The people on this island are so amazing...

"The bed was comfortable and the place had what we needed after contacting Joanna. It’s pretty bare bones for the condo but the pool was nice and it is a gated property. It is just not close to the things in the listing. It’s About 1.8 miles to the Boardwalk. But that’s fine as long as you have access to a car."

"Our family took a short 5 day trip to enjoy some warm weather. The condo was exactly as described. There is an amazing view of the ocean and beach right out the back door. Its location was centrally located providing a 30 minute drive to either end of the island. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Highly recommend this property. I’m"

"Everything was as listed, one recommendation would be to have a list of things about the condo, we didn't know you use the same code to get in the front gate that you would use for the ocean gate. Things like that would have been nice to know! First time in STX, we have been to STJ over 20 times and have rented villa and condo and always had a book with things to do, etc. "

"Condo is right on the water's edge with a great view of all the blue colors you could hope for. Rental is fully stocked with everything you will need for your stay. Owner went above and beyond to see that we were taken care of. All of the neighbors we met during our stay were wonderful. "

"The condo is very nice, very comfortable bed, and a very well appointed kitchen that was easy to cook in. The view is lovely, and we loved sitting on the balcony and looking out at the ocean. My only suggestion would be to put up a curtain to separate off the loft bedroom - it looks like there was a rail there already - because otherwise the pool lights shine in at night and prevent the bedroom loft from getting dark. All in all it was a nice stay and we appreciated how clean the apartment was. "

"Overall, it was a GREAT experience. We definitely are coming back. We met some locals who worked at the site. Because of our good spirits, they brought us fresh coconuts, guava, and bananas (finger rolls). The experience was second to none! Great experience and a GREAT trip! Whenever something was wrong, they made sure it was taking care of with great response time. A1!!"

"My wife and I had a great stay at Rian's condo. The kitchen was very well stocked, the bed was comfortable, and the ocean breeze delightful. The balcony has a broad ocean view and the beach is inviting. Rian was very responsive in handling a minor issue--he was always attentive."
