The property is clean but it’s just old and tired looking. The location is the only attraction. The staff, generally, very good, very nice. The food????? That is not good! Hot food often cold, overcooked or poorly prepared and/or presented. It’s like hotel management is saying to guests “food doesn’t matter. You’ll eat anything!” No love, no respect this regard. Will not stay at this property again! If you care about what you eat, look elsewhere.

We had a wonderful stay at Krystal Grand! The resort was spotless, and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our visit. A special thank-you to Gabriel, who worked with Expedia—he was super helpful and always available whenever we needed anything. His assistance truly made our trip smoother. We went for my Mothers birthday, and the staff went above and beyond for her!
While the buffet offered a wide variety of options, it did feel a bit excessive after a few days, and we found ourselves wishing for more variety or lighter meal choices. However the restaurant were great, we really loved the Italian place Risotto! Wish the massages were included in our package along with the sky lounge.
Overall, Krystal Grand is a fun and peaceful place to stay. It’s family-friendly without being overrun by kids, making it a perfect choice for those looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway. We would definitely consider staying here again!
