The condo is only minutes away from world class fly fishing, hiking and rock climbing. Take a nice stroll from the condo and within minutes you'll be in downtown Estes Park where you can experience local restaurants and boutique shopping. Let Fall River Village be your headquarters for a family vacation, a romantic honeymoon, or a gathering with friends. Our stay was great in Estes. Nice clean condo. Walking distance to lots of activities for the day and night time. Highly recommend for families looking for a short or long term getaway.

Weekend get away
It was a great stay. A few things for owners to know master shower water doesn’t stay hot, toilet paper holder broken and couldn’t connect to the smart tvs. Outside of those minor things it’s a great place. Super clean!

Estes park
The property was very clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Very good location. The place had a few small issues (light bulbs out, shade not working in the bedroom) but the biggest issue was little or no hot water in the master shower. Initially we thought that we weren’t using the faucet properly but we got hot water only for a few minutes before it went cold.
