This two bedroom, two bathroom condo will open the door to a world of enjoyment that lasts throughout the seasons. Our stylish non riverside condo is located on the west edge of Estes Park, CO, and offers all of the convenience of town yet the quiet of out of town. The condo is only minutes away from world class fly fishing, hiking and rock climbing. Take a nice stroll from the condo and within minutes you`ll be in downtown Estes Park where you can experience local restaurants and boutique shopping. Let Fall River Village be your headquarters for a family vacation, a romantic honeymoon, or a gathering with friends. We offer a fully equipped condo: full-size kitchen appliances with silverware, dishes, pots and pans, smart televisions in the living room and bedrooms, and free fiber wifi. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other bedroom a bunk bed, and the living room has a queen sofa bed with an upgraded mattress. We recommend no more than 5 people in this 630 square foot condo. Estes park is amazing!
Our stay was great! The locations was better than expected. The stream and fire pit right out our door was so nice and pleasant! I never imagined catching trout so close! Downtown area was just a few steps down a very nice concrete path! I was downtown before I realized it! There was no AC but there were plenty Of box fans to move the cool mountain air through out the room! We truly enjoyed an amazing night!

Nice Property
The unit was in a nice spot but the 2nd bedroom was not made up and we had to put the sheets on the bed. The bedrooms were very small for the price of the unit. It was very quiet and close to everything.

Great place for family trip
The property was very nice and clean. One of the toilets was clogged and needed to be snaked out, but they were fairly quick to remedy. The AC was not working, but since the temps were in the mid 50’s at night, we were simply able to open the windows and it kept the place cool. I hope they remedy the AC for future guests when the summer heat is in full swing, though. Other than that, our stay was great!
