Our stylish riverside condo is located on the west edge of Estes Park, CO, and offers all of the convenience of town yet the quiet of out of town. The condo is only minutes away from world class fly fishing, hiking and rock climbing. Take a nice stroll from the condo and within minutes you`ll be in downtown Estes Park where you can experience local restaurants and boutique shopping. Let Fall River Village be your headquarters for a family vacation, a romantic honeymoon, or a gathering with friends. We offer a fully equipped condo: full-size kitchen appliances with silverware, dishes, pots and pans, smart televisions in the living room and bedrooms, and free fiber wifi. This condo sleeps 5 people in 755 square feet and is pet friendly. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other bedroom a bunk bed, and the living room has a queen sofa bed with an upgraded mattress. Great Spot in Wonderful Estes
Property was good overall. Location was great and property was clean with one minor exception. Check in and out was simple and streamlined (would actually prefer contact with someone given it’s run more like a hotel). Was ready when promised. Sent automated texts to help with local activities and whatnot. Having been there I’d bring my own cooking supplies, needed cleaning supplies and the clothes washer didn’t work well/was moldy. We requested someone to look at the hot tub that was cold and didn’t hear back/wasn’t fixed. Would entertain a return visit.

Nice Location
Nice location to walk into town and not fight for a parking spot. The place was clean and well stocked with what we needed. Great being so close to the river. Our only complaint would be the very noisy people upstairs. They should have strictly enforced quiet times so loud children shouldn’t wake other people up at 6:00 am.
