Our stylish riverside condo is located on the west edge of Estes Park, CO, and offers all of the convenience of town yet the quiet of out of town. The condo is only minutes away from world class fly fishing, hiking and rock climbing. Take a nice stroll from the condo and within minutes you`ll be in downtown Estes Park where you can experience local restaurants and boutique shopping. Let Fall River Village be your headquarters for a family vacation, a romantic honeymoon, or a gathering with friends. We offer a fully equipped condo: full-size kitchen appliances with silverware, dishes, pots and pans, smart televisions in the living room and bedrooms, and free fiber wi-fi. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other bedroom a bunk bed, and the living room has a queen sofa bed with an upgraded mattress. Great place for a pit stop right at the base of RMNP. Perfect space for 4. Carpet in the bedrooms were a little on the dirty side, but overall a nice space.

We stayed in this condo last year and absolutely loved the location and everything about it. This year the condition of the condo was pretty grimy, carpets need major cleaning, spiders in the shower, lots of dust. We’d stay again because it’s in a great spot but we were a little disappointed this year especially for the cost.

Perfect Location
This property is the perfect place to stay in Estes. It is walking distance to downtown and nearby RMNP. Two things to note- there is not air conditioning and the property was very hot during the day and taxes are not included in the VRBO price, instead they are charged separately which was a surprise.

nice location, kind of loud though
We stayed here in late June, so the temperatures during the day got pretty hot. We had to sleep with the windows open, as the unit has no AC. There were several loud groups around the fire pits and up on the hill for a wedding, but all in all it wasn't terrible, just louder than expected.

Fantastic Spot!
This was exactly as advertised and we absolutely loved it. Perfect location, the room is right on the river, so hearing that at night lulled is to sleep nicely. Walking distance to town and a short drive to all of the other attractions/parks. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice place to stay
Not the largest floor plan but who comes to Colorado to stay in the Condo all day. Couple days were warm but there were box fans to place in windows. In 5 days stayed, we seen Elk 4 of those days from Condo. Son caught trout in stream behind Condo. One of the comforters in my daughter’s bed had stuff on it like it had not been washed, reason for the 4 stars on cleanliness. We have stayed here and Rams Horn village. Next trip will be back at Rams Horn due to floor plan size mainly and heated pools. Pool was cold in middle of June

Excellent Stay
We felt like this was the perfect spot of our RMNP trip! Check in was a breeze, it was well equipped, and we loved the hot tub/pool! The grill right outside the condo was convenient and we used it a couple of times. Clean and nicely maintained!

Exceeded expectations!
My husband, son (11), and I stayed for 3 nights over Thanksgiving break. I really can’t say enough good things- the condo we stayed in (#134) was very clean (and I’m kind of picky about cleanliness). The condo interior and exterior is beautiful. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is small but perfectly useable. The washer and dryer really came in handy. We used the hot tub which was lovely after a day of hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park. Love how close this location is to downtown Estes Park. The communication from the resort (mostly text) was very helpful and frequent. We want to come back and we would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!!

Wonderful experience!
We loved this property! Conveniently located, all the amenities we could ask for, very clean, a beautiful creek right behind made it so peaceful. We were even graced with a group of elk. We will definitely recommend and return.

Enjoyed our 2 night stay at the condo with my husband and BFF and her husband. Easy check in and beautiful location. Loved hearing the river at night. Close to everything we wanted to do. 2nd bedroom was very small for 2 adults but we made it work.

Weekend getaway
Mostly everything was great about the property. It was nice to be able to walk along the river and get into town quickly. Close to Rocky Mountain National Park as well. The only thing was that in the bedroom the sun was so bright coming through the door in the early morning without a way to make it darker. But otherwise it was perfect
