"We had a great stay in Épernay. A couple things to note for those considering a stay. Parking - this is a residential neighborhood and parking was always available but we parked 500 meters away often. Laundry - it took 3 hrs to wash a load of laundry, 3 days to dry the laundry. "The hotel is very suitable for anyone travelling from the UK by road to southern France or the Alps. The drive from Calais to Chalons-en-Champagne is less than 3 hours. The town is not too far from the motorway south. There is very well priced fuel available. The hotel is located in a very pleasant square. Whereas the hotel does not have a dining room (except for breakfast) there are several restaurants and bars in the square. The hotel has a limited amount of parking, but there is parking in the square and an underground car part beneath the hotel next door that is open to the public."
