"We stayed at this facility to save some money by not staying directly in Lacrosse like we preferred. It was pet friendly with a nice area for my dogs to go outside. "The stay was great until we tried to relax in the hot tub. There were about 30 unsupervised kid jumping in the pool, throwing each other in and doing cannonballs around us. We reported it to the night desk person but we were dismissed by him, saying he had no way to determine whose kid to stop the issue, so we went to our room. "Hotel has a great location but is waiting for renovation and rebranding. No hair dryer provided, no one at the desk to ask about it. Breakfast was substandard. Only coffee in the room were two flavored Keurig pods. Stairs up were dirty, furniture in the room more than a bit dingy. But a good price, which is what I had been seeking for just one night to lay down my head. Even so, I probably won't stay there until after the remodel (sorry). "

"Arrived very late and found check in easy and seamless. I did try to contact the hotel to advise of our late arrival and my phone calls failed. However, it seems this was really no worry.
