Amazing hidden gem

Clean and newer, just beware of height of the room. If you are taller than 5 feet make sure you dont get room 301 or 302. Restaurant crew fenomenal as is the food. Will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel in a nice location. By car it is easy to reach both from San Sebastian or Biarritz area. Nice surroundings away from the bigger highways.

Very poor

Where to start? Checkin slow and unfriendly. The safe didn’t work. Room was poor, no fridge, no tv, twin beds pushed together, not double bed, very tired. Restaurant food inconsistent, some nice food but some very bad, the duck we had was inedible and didn’t even resemble duck. I could not recommend this hotel at all, we were so disappointed.

Para volver!

La habitación estaba recién reformado así que perfecto. Olorcito a muebles nuevos y todo impecable. Teniamos vistas al bosque y un riachuelo abajo que no molestaba. Limpieza del baño no era perfecto ya que suelo, lavabo y ducha no estaban del todo limpios y la ducha estaba mal montada, todo suelto. También destacar el fuerte olor a churrasco por todo el hotel ya que el restaurante esta abajo, que por cierto muy bueno. Hablando de comida, todo muy rico y precios adecuados. El personal de la cafetería tiene que mejorar su trato al público, muy secos, ni una sonrisa, parece que te están haciendo un favor. Hacen su trabajo, y entiendo que es un trabajo duro, pero como persona que ha trabajado en hostelería muchos años, ellos han hecho que eligiéramos cenar o desayunar en otros bares. El personal de recepción y limpieza muy amables y si me hicieron sentir bienvenido. Pero en general, volvería.

Nos dieron una habitación inferior a la que había contratado, dijeron que Expedia se lo había comunicado mal. Después de reclamar nos dieron otra superior pero nos volvieron a cambiar a otra inferior a los dos días. Ni siquiera pidieron disculpas por las molestias originadas. El wifi solo funcionó los dos primeros días, los dos últimos imposible conectar. Yo no voy a repetir en ese lugar.
