“Off the Hook” lakefront @ Eufaula Cove

Fully fenced 2+ acres of lakefront property @ Cove of Eufaula Lake across the water from South-point Boat Ramp, Jellystone, & Xtreme Resort. You can enjoy concerts, fishing tournaments, fireworks, & 5 minute access to all Eufaula has to offer. Includes 4 industrial pic-nic tables, automatic coded security gate, game room, fully equipped kitchen, in home walk-in storm shelter, emergency Generac generator, deck, covered RV or boat parking, grill, fire pit, high speed internet, & much more!!

2 plus acres of waterfront property fully fenced with just enough trees between the water and property for privacy while allowing a view of the lake and passing boats. A path from the home allows guests direct access to the water where they can see Peter’s Point (AKA South Point) boat ramp & listen to weigh ins from the fishing tournaments. It’s also a great place to listen to concerts at the Xtreme RV Resort across the water.

Four industrial picnic tables allow for gathering with family and friends or just sit by the fire pit in the evening and listen to the boats or roast marshmallows. Charcoal grill provided, but please bring charcoal and lighter fluid. There’s a small playground for young children and will soon be Corn Hole game, horse shoes, and other outdoor games.

With high speed internet and a convenient desk in 3/4 bedroom, designated areas for laptops are plentiful allowing for remote work or other computer needs.

A small but we’ll stocked game room includes numerous board games for families, a loveseat with TV for those who wish to bring video games, and children’s books. There’s a 65” Roku Smart TV in the living room and a 32” Roku Smart TV in 3/4 bedrooms.

The kitchen is fully stocked and there’s a large coffee bar to get your mornings off to a great start. Hosts live about 30 minutes away, but will be available if needed without being intrusive if you have everything you need.

Full home except one designated storage closet. Entire yard, deck, porch and Covered Concrete Slab for boat or RV. Workshop is not available to guests as it’s primarily used for storage.

Available 24/7 in case of emergency or urgent needs and can be messaged or called for other questions or concerns as well. Will check in once via message either the evening of, or morning after check in to be sure guests have everything they need, but will otherwise give guests privacy and just be available as needed.

The River Oaks Addition has an eclectic group of homeowners from primary residences to short and long term rentals. It’s a very peaceful neighborhood and the hosts have never been victim to any type of crime or uncomfortable situations.

Golf carts, side by sides, and electric bicycles are allowed by hosts and permitted for use around the lake and the city of Eufaula. There’s plenty of room for free parking for several vehicles if needed on the property (long gravel driveway) and an electronic coded gate providing security and privacy for guests.

Boats can be unloaded at nearby South-point (formerly Peter’s Point) which is a public boat ramp and the primary site of most of the fishing tournaments on Lake Eufaula and is directly across the water from the property (or a 5 minute drive).

The property is also near Jellystone RV Park and Resort where families can go to swim in the pool, play on water toys in the Cove, play Put Put Golf, do arts and crafts, and much more. And from 5:00pm to 8:00pm, it’s only $5 each.

The property is also within a 5 to 10 minute drive from Eufaula’s most popular places to eat, a local grocery store, and several souvenir shops.

1. Located in the hub of Eufala’s cove within 5 to 10 minutes of all major restaurants and activities in Eufaula.

2. Great place to kayak and enjoy other water sports.

3. Feel free to bring golf carts, ATVs, and electric bicycles.

4. Consider bringing charcoal, lighter fluid, and wood for the grill and fire pit.

5. Despite having regularly scheduled preventative services by a professional exterminator, this home is located on the waterfront. It’s not uncommon to see mosquitos, ants, ticks, wasps, or other pests commonly known to live in wooded areas or around bodies of water outside the home or in the yard.

6. While this home is located in a wonderful area near the major attractions in the city of Eufaula and Cove of Lake Eufaula, noise levels may be high during holidays or special concerts and events. Otherwise, it’s very peaceful.

7. This property is directly across the water from the South Point (previously known as Peter’s Point) Boat Ramp where the City of Eufaula sets off its annual Independence Day fireworks providing an amazing up close and personal view of the fireworks and perfect location for family and friends to cook out and enjoy the show.

8. There are a couple of areas further away from the home (but within the fenced area) that have large rocks, uneven ground, steep ledges, very larges holes, and drainage sites to prevent flooding that would be unsafe for small children, so children should be supervised at all times to ensure safety.
WHEN BOOKING THIS PROPERTY ALL PARTIES AGREE regarding the property located at 589 Mohawk Drive, Eufaula, Oklahoma also known as Off the Hook & the property owners, is leased or rented by the renters and any guest of the renters, hereinafter referred to as the Lessee(s) by and between Off the Hook (& Property Owners of 589 Mohawk Drive) and their Employee's and Associates, hereinafter referred to as Lessors.

a. Hold Harmless: The Lessee and all parties associated with the Lessee shall hold harmless Off the Hook (& Property owners of 589 Mohawk Drive) the Employee's and all Associates of the Lessor.

b. Provisions: The Lessee shall hold the Lessor harmless for incidents or accidents on the real property and the use of any property including but not limited to the use of the Game Room, Golf Carts, Kayaks, Paddle Boats, Boat Docks, Swimming and Fishing areas, Playground, Indoor and Outdoor cooking areas, Indoor and Outdoor showers, Bunk beds, Fire Pits, including but not limited to any personal property such as any Motorcycles, Bicycles, pets, Golf Carts, ATV's, UTV's also known as Side By Sides brought in by the lessee's or any of their parties.

c. Firearms: The possession of firearms on the property is allowed with responsible storage and security, but the use of firearms is prohibited on the property. If and accident occurs on the property the Lessee will hold the lessor harmless.

d. Use. The use of the premises shall be for single family purposes and for no other purpose except with consent of the Lessor. NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOME. Smoking is allowed outside but please use one of the ashtrays for butts.
No Hunting allowed.

e. Assignment. The Lessee may not assign this Lease or sublet any part of said premises without the written consent of the Lessor.

f. Pets: Dogs only (and with advanced approval by property owner/host) No more than 2 pets at a time per stay. No pets over 20 pounds without advance permission by Off the Hook (owners/host). Non-refundable Pet Fee applied to bill. Lessee accepts full financial and legal responsibility for any damages accrued as a result of pet damage or harm to others. Lessee agrees that all pets will be maintained in a crate or boarded elsewhere when not being directly supervised by the Lessee. Pets are not allowed on any furniture or bedding throughout the stay with no exceptions.
