Guest access
Upper unit duplex with a private entrance and smart lock. Prior to your arrival, we'll provide you with a special link for keyless entry. Our driveway can accommodate up to two cars on the LEFT side, but please be aware that it has a slight incline due to the property's hillside location. For your safety, we kindly ask that you exercise caution while using the driveway. We're excited to have you as our guest!
Other things to note
• Reservations exceeding 6 guests will be charged $50 per person, per night
• Your furry companions are more than welcome here! We happily accommodate up to two dogs during your stay, with a fee of $150 per dog.
• Guests are responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning caused by their pets.
• We kindly request that dogs not be left unattended during your stay, unless they are crate-trained. For your convenience, we also offer a spacious crate to ensure your pet's comfort and safety.
• Cancellations allowed 30 days before arrival but a 5% processing fee will be charged
• Have fun and enjoy your stay!
• NO SMOKING indoors ($500 fine)
• no shoes or dirty feet or jumping on furniture
• shoes only worn outside (disposable indoor slippers provided)
• Quiet hours 10:00 pm-7:00 am especially outdoors
