"The place was terrible. Looked Dilapidated. While the receptionists were trying to be cordial, the manager scolded them when there requested to book taxi's. Rooms did not have proper Wi-FI coverage, romm phone did not work, air conditining was centrally controlled and had no effect. No hot water Would not recommend this for stay. I am surprised Hotels.com even lists them without proper verification. Charges are exobitant for this hotel."

"receptionist was a very kind and cooperative person. We mistakenly booked a room with double be but the guy on reception helped ud finding a twin bed and allowed us to check in even we were too late in night. We had to check out at 2:30 AM and he offered us a quick take away breakfast snacks for our journey and offered us a coffee before we start our journey back to airport => NEXT LEVEL service and kindness. I forgot the name of that guy BUT my heartiest thanks and Best Regards to that...
