We arrived and they had a phone number to call for checking in. He was quick to respond but usually during business hours hotels have check in staff. The hotel was advertised as having continental breakfast but when I asked the host said it was off season and they only provided breakfast during peak season. The next morning he didn't even make coffee...when I asked her said there wasn't enough people to drink it. Will not stay here in the future.

Joe was very welcoming and polite. Rooms are on the older side and you can tell it needs a touch up. Bathroom is small and jetted tub is aged. I have stayed in worse. Sometimes making reservations online can be deceiving. Nothing against the ownership.

The jacuzzi did not work and staff would not fix. Man at check in was rude and unprofessional. Room has cobwebs and had a strong smell of bleach.

Loved it! It’s a cute hotel right in the middle of everything we wanted to do! The staff was pleasant and helpful and the room was pretty decent too. It was cozy and convenient!

The price is great for the area, jetted tub was nice, comfy bed, convenient location. It is Eureka Springs, where parking is scarce, so I would advise using Uber or Lyft or the limo-cabs to go out on weekends. This place was packed and the parking lot was completely full. I would definitely recommend them for a nice visit to Eureka Springs that doesnt break the bank before you unpack.

I made the reservations on line. The on line site said that there would be a $50 per night hold on my credit card for incidentals. I have no problems with that. However, when we checked in the person at the desk said there would be a $100 a night hold. I explained that is not what the website stated. He was RUDE and said "Do you want the room or not!" The room itself was outdated; dirty; and needed some love for sure. The positive was the location and parking. .

Just stay at a Day’s Inn or a Motel 8. At least, you probably wouldn’t have a piece of painter’s tape as a peephole. I took my best friend, her boyfriend, myself and my boyfriend to Eureka for a birthday celebration and we stayed in two separate rooms for one night. After checking in, we needed a nap, so we went to our respective rooms. About 20 minutes later, a male employee just walks into my friend’s room as she’s sleeping. The rooms are overpriced and in great need of updates and renovations. Basically, we paid over $100 (that’s after an online promotion) to stay one night at a hotel that can’t figure out which rooms were empty. The “breakfast” consists of Sunny D, milk and coffee with bananas, frozen waffles, bagels, and off brand cereal. There is room for six guests in the room they serve breakfast in and most people chose not to even entertain it. Overall, it was lackluster, overpriced and disappointing. We won’t be returning to this one.

We got there and decided to take a nap. Someone (empolyee) walked in without knocking. Breakfast was a joke. Water pressure was horrible and not very clean. It was cheaper then most so i guess you get what you pay for. Wont come back here again.

We went and stayed for a couple of days and the people were wonderful checking in taking care of us anyway we needed. Very close to anything that we needed. The trolley stopped was excellent. I would definitely stay there again.
