"Kingfisher Resort offered most things, we were disappointed that one of the pools was closed. One of the restaurants (Sand Bar and Bistro) was also closed. This left limited options for meal times. Staff were turning people away from the main Sand and Wood restaurant and advising people to go to Dune instead. This was despite only four tables being occupied! Not good when you have only just arrived. "

"We loved our stay with family and friends. House is very spacious and cosy. Plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen had all that was needed. We did most of our cooking on the Weber on the balcony. Great view from the balcony, we could see dingo's walking on the beach, the resident goanna and Kookaburra's made regular appearances, and at low tide the kids enjoyed the thousands of soldier crabs. We read reviews so came prepared with the extra dishwaher tabs, bin bags and laundry liquid. We had a great time and would happily return "

"We had a wonderful time at TGIF. Plenty of room for a family. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. Loved the super comfy couch and the DVDs to watch was an added bonus. "

If you are looking for a large home for your family look no further. We can not wait to return to Lil’s place in the future!(Take bug spray for the marsh flies, they are relentless!)"

The location on the Eastern side of the island was perfect and Eurong had all the facilities needed including a bakery, fuel, under body car wash and convenience store.
