"We booked the hotel last minute and staff made sure everything was ready for our arrival. The hotel is situated within walking distance to the old town and at the same time it was very quite area which we liked as we were traveling with a kid. When I brought the issue up to staff their response was that they "thought they took care of the problem this morning" and that they would simply vacuum up the bugs instead of properly cleaning the room or offering me a new one.
