"Our room was very large, in the second floor, away from traffic noise. Breakfast was hot, on-time and appreciated as we wanted to depart early. Check-in at 8pm took over 15 min after following directions and calling Staff for assistance. Our bathroom had no fluorescent lightbulbs, but was told, "Yes you do." We left the door to the room open & and it was fine for lighting the shower area. The lack of staff attention to my requests for assistance is the only reason for not giving an Excellent...

"Having a pet friendly hotel comes with noise so thats why i put noisey as a dislike. The parking lot is okay but its really icy this time of year. The bed and pillows were comfy, the room was warm! Very convenient after the new years eve party at the LT. Would stay again. :) "
