"The staff was very friendly, the rooms and hotel were very clean, and the beds were the most comfortable we’ve encountered. My one hiccup was breakfast. We had to ask for silverware and plates. There were no toppings for the waffles…they were even out of syrup. The coffee was watered down and flavorless and the juice dispenser was empty. I understand sometimes hands are tied when a product runs out. There was no sense of urgency from the one lady working to fill any of the items. "

"The room was OK, clean and quiet, staff was nice. I'm not sure why a resort fee was charged since this hotel doesn't have "resort" items, no pool or spa or gym or room service. Don't travel on a Monday or Tuesday since the restaurant isn't open until Wed. We had to eat at the deli at the casino or the bar."

"Staff was very friendly. Toilet was dirty and room wasn’t very well stocked. No dish soap. The large burner on our stove didn’t work but the small one did so we made do. The hot tub was under construction too. Good breakfast and easy access to amenities. We got stranded during an ice storm and had to rebook for additional nights. Front desk made sure we were in the same room so we didn’t have to move all of our stuff. "
