LONGERE WITH COVERED AND HEATED SWIMMING POOL FOR 20 PEOPLE

Located in the countryside but close to all shops - at the center of many activities
The gites of Kermaux consist of a longère comprising 3 dwellings and a detached house (longhouse and shorthouse)
possibility to rent the buildings separately
the cottages are comfortably furnished and equipped - for babies everything is on site
heated swimming pool (open from the end of May to mid September) a games room for children with many games, books, DVDs etc ..., an outdoor playground, a bowling green, a tennis court, private terrace for each gites, BBQ, garden furniture, Wifi
Heating package included in the price (200 KW for a WE -500 kw for the week the surplus will be charged 0.18 euros per KW)
Deposit: check to deposit on arrival (800.00 euros), check returned within 8 days after your departure
Possibility of extra bed: up to 4 beds contact us

We are a large family group and this venue was perfect in giving us all our own space but also some excellent communal spaces to come together. The pool and outside space was excellent and there was nothing else we needed in the house - everything has been thought about and provided and Sebastien was on hand for anything we needed too. A perfect stay for us - thank you

Perfect gîtes for several families to spend time together
The gîtes were comfortable and very well equipped. The pool was a bonus which the kids really enjoyed every day. The playroom had lots of toys and games to keep the children occupied.

Les gîtes sont très bien agencés, tout est mis à disposition pour nous permettre de passer le plus beau des séjours. Très fonctionnel et super bien décoré, on se sent comme chez soi, j'ai beaucoup apprécié l'ambiance cosy et les matelas sont vraiment très confortables et la literie sent très bon. Gîte très au calme avec un terrain et une vue au top. Magnifique coucher de soleil !
