"Reception was closed when we arrived but there was a self check in at the front door. It gave us the wrong key to start with but this was very quickly sorted after a quick phone call. Our room was bright and comfortable although the bed was slightly hard but that’s just my opinion. The only negative I can think of is that the hairdryer overheated and cut out easily.The breakfast was lovely, both continental and eggs bacon and sausages. Service was excellent. "Hotel was lovely, rooms were fantastic as I think they had just been renovated. The food was great, we had breakfast each day and dined in the restaurant too. The only downside, and this is not a negative as it’s totally necessary to keep to the high standards they set, was that the downstairs bar was closed for refurbishment. As said, if it improves the place even more then fantastic. We are touring at the moment and doing three nights in each location and to date this has been my favourite....
