"The hotel was very central and convenient- just right across the street as we got off the ferry from Lausanne. The room had beautiful views of the lake, and a nice big king size bed- without a split mattress, which can be hard to find in Europe. The room was very clean and comfortable- and the hotel was reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Evian."

"When we arrived to check in we were rushed. The guy managing the place told us he had left the key to our room in the door. When we made it to our room it looked nothing like the pictures, more like a cheap cabin on a lake. It was also freezing in the room. It was like 30 degrees Fahrenheit and no heat had been turned on. "This is a beautiful and well situated hotel. The lake views are spectacular and everything you’d want them to be. The breakfast is superb as well and sure to please everyone. The only thing to note is that the shower can be a little tricky to step in and out of because the tub is very deep. "
