"The two bedroom apartment on a high floor was in great condition with everything that was promised, it even had detergent for the washing machine. We were impressed by the "magnesium" swimming pool on site. I forgot to say, it was clean and value for money. It's at an ideal location near the Broadbeach North tram and a short walk to pacific fair shopping centre. Staff were friendly and professional. Our after hours check-in was no problem. If there was a negative it's the hold of a couple of hundred on the credit card for the bond that may take some time to clear, but that's not unusual."

"The hotel was very conveniently located near shopping, dining and the beach. Very walkable and also close to public transportation. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The cafe was also nice and had tasty food and coffees!"

"Very good apartment with easy access to lots of local restaurants, beach, shopping centres etc. Only gripe was that garbage bags should be provided, like just a roll of garbage bags to make end of stay cleanup easier. Otherwise, very good. Nice view, great bathrooms, nice pool, underground parking."

"This is the second time staying here and it was just as good as before. The kids had a blast, rooms were comfortable, stocked with what we needed and surprisingly quiet despite kids as neighbours. My kids enjoyed the many pool, tennis, basketball, mini golf and night time BBQ.The only hard bit we found last time and this time is the amount of stairs but not sure that can be helped. The staff at the Deck (im guessing mostly seasonal) weren't the nicest or accommodating this time around. Yes they're working on the tram lines out side the resort but we couldnt hear it and it didnt impact our stay; in fact, were excited for our next stay so we can use them!!"
