"The property was set up very nice for a small group. The neighborhood was peaceful. The property was spacious and had a nice outdoor sitting area to enjoy the grounds around it. I would recommend stopping at the Broken Goblet Brewery just right down the road. Close to restaurants and easy to get to Philli."

"The location is awesome. Street parking was easy. The house itself was okay. The amount of space was great and the mattresses were decent. Unfortunately, the comforters and towels were stained and the house wasn’t as clean as you’d expect for a rental. The shower barely drained at all. "My high school girlfriends and I really enjoyed our stay at Howard’s place. We had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were super easy. He even let me check in a couple hours early when I couldn’t get an outlet for my computer in town. Princeton is only a 9 minute drive and it’s super direct. Easy to have our meals there, but the kitchen is well appointed. We were able to hang out at the kitchen table and the living room. Back yard is nice and large. So much fun!"

"The place was clean with pleasant decor and consisted of a living room, bathroom and bedroom (no kitchen facilities). It is on the top floor of one side of a sprawling duplex that is divided into apartments. Only the bedroom had aircon - a window unit that wasn’t powerful enough to cool the bedroom, let alone the living room. The heat was oppressive and we didn’t see any fans. "Kris is an excellent communicator and responds quickly. Both checking in and out are easy breezy. The home is clean and there is a lovely large backyard and deck. The amount of space was comfortable for us. The bathrooms are clean and the towels are fresh and fluffy. The dishwasher, refrigerator and clothes washer and dryer are new and nice.
