Nestled in the hills outside of Exeter, this charming vacation home offers a perfect escape for travelers seeking a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway. Situated on 5 private acres and just a 30-minute drive to the Sequoia National Park entrance, you'll be surrounded by the natural beauty of the region.
This is a very secluded and private family home nestled at the end of a cul-de-sac set on 5 private acres. It boasts a front and back lawn, and is surrounded by hills, trees, neighboring horses, and pasture.
There is a dining table for 6 on the back patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening meal, all while observing the surrounding hills and perhaps even a sighting of our resident bald eagle.
The front patio has cozy and peaceful Adirondack seating.
Forgot to grab coffee for the morning? Complimentary coffee and tea are provided for your enjoyment, along with creamer and sugar.
For fun and downtime, there are a variety of games and a ping pong table, along with televisions and WiFi in every room.
Plush, top-grain leather sofas and chairs are available for your indoor relaxation next to our pellet wood stove.
Deluxe bedding and mattresses are provided in each bedroom, including a Sleep Number bed in the Master Bedroom. Plush, oversized bath towels await in the bathrooms.
The gourmet kitchen is equipped with everything your family chef may need to whip up a wonderful meal, including a deluxe WOLF range/stovetop.
There is a full-sized washing machine and dryer for your laundry needs.
Take a stroll through our quiet roads to pet the neighboring horses, or take a quick car ride to visit our amazing National Parks. The Sequoia National Park entrance is a beautiful 30-minute drive away and you are 47 miles away from the Kings Canyon National Park visitors center.
There are small and quaint towns nearby. Exeter is a 15-minute drive with lovely restaurants and murals to view, and Three Rivers has river-front dining and a brewery.

Beautiful, clean, and well-appointed home with a magnificent view. The owners were immediately available to answer any and all questions and even delivered fresh blueberries to the front porch. We will definitely stay here he next time we're in central CA.
Everything from booking to checking out was a great experience. The home has everything you need. From the fully stocked kitchen to the luxury hotel towels, this house exceeded all expectations. The owners are very attentive and I could tell that they take pride in their home. It is such a beautiful property. The proximity to Sequoia and King Canyon National Park was good. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area. Thank you for the great family memories.
To say it was amazing is an understatement. Property manager was extremely helpful very detailed orientated. Sleep number bed made our stay even more welcoming. Would absolutely recommend 10/10
