The lodge is within easy reach of East Devon's favourite attractions. Walkers and bird watchers will love Aylesbeare Common, only 1.2 miles away from the property, and for a fun day out visit Crealy Adventure Park (3 miles). Bicton Park Botanical Gardens (5 miles) is a lovely place to while away a few hours. Westpoint Arena (4.3 miles) hosts local concerts, fairs and exhibitions, and if you’re into rugby visit Sandy Park stadium (5.9 miles) Exmouth Beach with its two miles of golden sand, and the main city of Exeter with shopping arcades, pubs and restaurants, are both 8 miles from the property. The historians in the group can also take a tour around Exeter Cathedral.
This property is all on ground level and comfortably caters for four guests. As you enter the property you are greeted by a spacious, open-plan lounge/kitchen diner. The best of social spaces with everything in one room. The living room has two plush sofas and a wall mounted Smart TV. The dining area has a dining table and chairs that can seat up to six people if required and the kitchen is well equipped to ensure you have the freedom to cook whatever you might fancy. Leading from the living room is the master bedroom housing a double bed and storage space. Also off the living room is the second bedroom with twin beds. Both bedrooms share the family wet room.
There is a paved area with outdoor seating at the front of the property.
