"Awesome value for money, incredibly kind and helpful staff. Good breakfast included into the price. We really enjoyed our stay there. The location is not the best but this is what we intentionally chose for available parking and lower price. Also I respect the pet-friendly hotels. Even though this time we were travelling without our dog, but I did notice that the hotel was pet-friendly and it making it even better."

The breakfast as always was beautiful the only thing i would say about this you have changed your apple juice for 'cloudy apple', please go back to apple juice as that isnt very noce for breakfast its like apple squash!"

"A beautiful old fashioned pub in the village of Topsham which is stylishly furnished with a blend of old and new. The downside was our room was above the main bar and very noisy . Also no parking and no facility to purchase a ticket for the car park in advance resulting in having to wake up early to go on the app ! The food in the restaurant was fabulous! "

Ideally situated, dedicated parking space (up the hill), short walk to train station (up the hill) and even nearer to buses, and short walk to shops and restaurants.
