This comfortable, air-conditioned 3 bedroom villa is well-appointed for a wonderful getaway to Exmouth. After exploring the sights, unwind by the Osprey Holiday Village pool surrounded with beautifully landscaped gardens. Enjoy the beautiful weather and have a barbeque in the undercover patio area or walk to the restaurants in town. The villa sleeps 6 guests, provides access to Wi-Fi and is ideal for your next marine adventure to the Ningaloo Reef.

Kitchen is equipped with a halogen cooktop, a large fridge/freezer, convection microwave, toaster, kettle and cooking utensils.

This accommodation is not serviced, it is self-catering though we do provide bed linen and bath towels. You will need to bring your own pool/beach towels. As a goodwill gesture, housekeepers provide a limited provision of toilet paper and cleaning items. This supply is intended as a starter pack only and will not necessarily cover the duration of your stay. You will need to purchase more of these should you run out and these can be obtained from one of the two IGA supermarkets located in town. This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergency assistance for in house guests. You will be contacted via text message by 3pm the day of your arrival on how to access the keys. Arrivals are after 3.00pm and check-out before 10:00am. Early check-in and late departures may be available with prior approval and are subject to availability.

Enjoy Exmouth's fantastic climate and laid-back lifestyle. Experience the delectable cuisine of the numerous local restaurants and cafes. The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range National Park and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary.

Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being centre stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.

Over all this place is fantastic though the bathroom could do with some work few cracked tiles allowing bugs in and some paint damage due to water. And the bins outside were in incorect places so they were getting to full as some people had extra bins around the corner. Some of the dishes had chips in them but it was great to have items in the appartment. Though some microwave save plastic bowls and plates would be great to make it a litlle more child friendly. but all in all it was well presented quite, clean, and i would definitely recomend and come back.

If you like cockroaches
Nice accommodation but need urgent pest control. Cockroaches run in the kitchen, up your legs while sitting at diner table
