The old world elegance is a rare thing, and we value their focus to make sure that everything about the lodging experience is excellent. I highly recomend this hotel.

Exceptional Stay at Santo Mangata Hotel Our recent stay at Santo Mangata Hotel exceeded all expectations and left us with wonderful memories of our getaway. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was truly outstanding – the staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and well-cared for throughout our entire visit. The room was absolutely gorgeous, featuring elegant décor and thoughtful amenities that created a perfect atmosphere. Every detail seemed carefully considered, from the comfortable bedding to the great outdoor space. The room felt both luxurious and comfortable. The swimming pool area was a definite highlight of our stay. Beautifully maintained, it provided the perfect spot to relax and unwind. One of my favourite parts was the unique bean bag style loungers that were honestly the best I’ve ever experienced. These incredibly comfortable seating options made poolside relaxation an absolute dream. Whether taking a refreshing dip or simply lounging on these amazing sun beds, the pool area offered a serene escape like no other. Breakfast was a delightful each morning, with delicious options that catered to various tastes. The quality of the food was impressive, and the presentation was always appealing. It was the perfect way to start each day of our stay. The hotel’s location proved to be ideal for our needs, walkable to the beach with it’s numerous dining options and bus stop right outside for trips to Fira and onto Oia.

We had an amazing stay. When we arrived I was a bit disappointed in the view from our room. The manager, wanted our experience to be special, and changed our room and it was breathtaking. Staff wonderful, food fabulous. Rate this place 10/10…

This was definitely one of the best rooms we have ever had at a hotel ever. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, especially Vanessa who helped us plan our full itinerary in just a few minutes with excellent recommendations. The view of the volcano in the caldera room was out of this world and our private tub made the views even more magical. Ira was walking distance from almost everything. Best stay ever.

Beautiful setting for a relaxing getaway. Very clean throughout. Service in all departments is excellent. Thoroughly recommend Desiterra as a “go to” in Santorini. Will definitely return.
