"It is an extraordinary place, an old building in the old city of Popi with wonderful views of the valley next to the Popi castle with private parking next door. However, it has many details that could improve the room, which is quite poorly decorated, with bathroom accessories of very poor quality, the mattress is old and soft. In short, the room could be of a different quality than what it is."

Non merita 5 stelle perchè pagare 10 euro per il pacheggio interno di una moto mi è sembrato eccessivo.
Viaggio molto in moto e non ho mai pagato così tanto per un parcheggio all'aperto.(in struttura mi hanno detto che per le auto chiedono di più!?!)
Consiglio di chiarire i prezzi del parcheggio direttamente nella descrizione della struttura.

"It felt like motel next to a highway. Reception closes at 7pm so I was a bit rushed to check in quickly. After that the lights are switched off and the hotel basically becomes dark - just like the surroundings. Off season most restaurants are closed.
The room was generally clean but there were little blood stains and spots on the bed linen. The duvet was simply covered by bed linen and it did not feel very hygienic.
Generally I expected more from the property given excellent rankings but...
