Check-In staff much to be desired, boderline rude and inhospitable throught the whole stay. Its sad that the lack of hospitality of the staff negatively affects the experience and superb rooms.

We coordinated transportation through the hotel, and they were very efficient and attentive, even ensuring the pick-up went smoothly. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained. At reception, the staff was very welcoming, and we were greeted with a welcome cocktail while waiting for our room to be ready. The room service was excellent, and so was the breakfast. My only comment for improvement is that the hot water in the bathtub never worked, which was disappointing since it was one of the main reasons I chose that specific room. Aside from this issue, the location is fantastic—close to many great restaurants and shops. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but I would encourage the hotel to address the bathtub issue to meet the expectations of future guests.

The Hotel gym needs more equipment, bathrooms need upgrading , we have stayed at this hotel over 20 times, everything else is excellent
