We loved our stay of 4 nights. We stayed in a chalet and had the breakfast which was very nice. We found all the staff in every area very friendly and chatty and a helpful. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend or stay agsin.

Poor breakfast

A good welcome and service in the evening, comfortable rooms. All went wrong with breakfast- waited ages and no food on buffet 1 slice of bacon, dried up beans and stale bread, staff were not interested, very poor service. left with no breakfast.

Nice little place, food is decent and served quickly. Would have preferred the gym to be open before 6.30 so i could use prior to work but if that's your biggest gripe the place is doing well!

A bit tired in areas. Fire alarm went off at 2 in the morning for no reason with no apology. Cancelled second room in time but still got charged.

This beautiful best western was such a relief to stay in. They were hospitable and courteous. The staff had just catered to an entire wedding through their weekend and notably regular business and were more than on it for the two of us. They had a very kind bartender who served us and us alone on the Sunday evening. And he was wonderful. Our food was well prepared and the room stay was both quiet and cozy. Thank you for your hospitality. We will surely visit again.

Perfect for a base hotel when travelling

Tired hotel but with renovations being started. Reception staff could not have been more helpful. Restaurant and kitchen staff very understaffed and not very professional
