"Amazing location and very comfortable, charming and well equipped. We booked last minute and were so happy to find it. Literally there isn't a better location. If younhave a car, 2 parking lots within a couple blocks either way. Be aware that it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator (typical for the older buildings downtown). Will stay again next time we visit Annecy."

"Check was good and quick. The accommodation was up a flight of steps, the place looked like a 1980 time share, just needed tlc, having said that, it had living room/kitchenette, separate bedroom and bathroom. The balcony overlooked the swimming pool and open area, and views of a golf course. Very quiet area. Bed was comfortable and clean, linen and towels were sufficient. No on-site restaurant or shop."

"This property is very comfortable and has all the conveniences you would need . Well equipped . I have to say we did not find it walkable to the village of Gordes and we do a lot of walking. Its not far but it requires walking on the road close to traffic with lots of blind curves and fast drivers. Its a short drive but be aware that it costs 8eu every time you park there. The best places to park are the several parking lots at the top of the hill in the village."

"After a lot of research, I had selected this property so that our young children (ages 3 and 6) could safely enjoy the outdoors. Specifically, the pool area is fenced in and there is a lovely shallow area for toddlers. The pool was not heated, but it was warm enough in June that our children absolutely loved the pool (perhaps slightly "refreshing" for adults). They also adored the beautiful garden and swingset. "Definitely rustic! There is no air conditioning, so on days with little breeze you will want to close the shutters on the sunny side and be in the pool. There are two buildings separated by a covered patio, so plenty of privacy for couples. Our family of 9 was not at all crowded. The property is far enough from town that cell service was spotty at best. The only issue we faced was the internet was out (animal damage to the line!) and it took several days for the "cable guy" to get there....

"The fotos do not do the property justice and we were very pleasantly surprised. Exceptionally clean property and very nice, welcoming hosts. Everything you could possibly need and more. The outside space, covered terrace and pool area are just wonderful and the garden is very well kept. We had a wonderful holiday and highly recommend this place. The only negative aspect of this property is the very noisy road behind the garden."

"Pierre is an amazing person, he waited us as we were a bit late to check-in and welcome us with drinks. The place is well maintained, clean and very charming. We are regretting for staying only 3 nights as further 2 nights would be better option. "The cottage was absolutely perfect for our trip to Provence. The location was very central to surrounding towns, ideal for sightseeing and relaxing in a beautiful area. The cottage was super clean and cosy, had all the amenities we needed. The host was very welcoming and helpful for recommendations or where to go and eat. "This is a lovely little property - we stayed with two teenage children but ideally suited for a couple or perhaps one child. The pool is lovely and the gite has everything you could need at a great price.
