"We had a wonderful stay for a couple of nights at Bracken Hide. Everyone we met were super friendly and nice. We liked our cabin, nice view and cosy. We paid for the breakfast and it was great. "What an amazing place. We found it by accident and are so glad we did. It had an actual king size bed - not that common outside of the US. The bed was so comfortable. The shower was amazing, towel warmer was fantastic, bath sheets were huge. The water, fruit and extras in the room were so nice. The view is incredible and to sit at breakfast every morning and look at the water was breathtaking. Breakfast was delicious and generous. Hotel is away from the center of town but an easy walk into town...

It was a great location to walk to restaurants, bars, coffee shops and even the water. We had no issues parking and the staff were very friendly as well. "Upon arrival we were greeted warmly by the hosts. They provided tourist information for the surrounding area sites, restaurants and shopping. Our room had everything we would possibly need and was thoughtfully decorated. The breakfast was amazing and fuelled our hike up The Old Man of Storr in rain, 50mph winds and sideways hail. The extra special touches made such a difference - a face-washer and shaving cream in the bathroom, very comfortable room & lounge area topped off by exquisitely crafted and cooked hot breakfast.
