Fine, simple and straightforward. Initial entry slightly awkward as no details of door codes etc. received from Expedia until after I had left. I found these after my return home. Others had similar problems but all was sorted out. Not the property's fault."

"We had a fantastic stay in Grand Poet Hotel. We booked the Deluxe room and we were given room 419, which had a fantastic view over the park and Riga old town. There was plenty of room for 3 people including our son. Room was tastefully decorated and super clean. We utilized the valet parking which was really convenient. Charge was 30 Euros per night. Hotel was walking distance from everything, including all the nice restaurants in the old town. SPA was nice, but a bit overcrowded at all times....

"Well located, spacious and functional apartment with good cable channels, Wi-Fi, kitchen and washing machine. The apartment is quite hot in summer and there is no ventilation in the bedroom. There is a mobile air-con unit but it leaks water onto the floor. Also, the low quality bed sheets did not fit the mattress and they became uncomfortable every night when they came loose. It is a shame that they didn't simply have proper sheets, and they should provide a top sheet."
