"The property is well located, a short walk from the town centre. It has effective air conditioning and good WiFi. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. There is a great lido nearby and bicycle hire is also recommended to enjoy the cycle paths in and around the city. Isabella was quick to respond to messages and always happy to help."

"This is a great location if you would like to visit car country. We visited Ferrari, Pagani, Lamborghini and Maserati. We even got in a visit to a Parmigiano Reggiano cheese factory visit."

"The apartment is nice, modern, clean and had all amenities you would want. it is located very close to the dow town squares, but quiet. The check-in process was very easy and the communication with the owner went really well. Can only recommend this place"

"This was one of 3 rentals we did on our trip to Italy, and this was the BEST apt we booked. We only stayed 1 night here as a side trip but this apt was beautiful. The hosts were amazing! The check in process was so easy, they remotely let us in, and they let us leave our bags a bit longer after checking out so we could see a couple more things before leaving. "We enjoyed the property in Modena. It was clean, comfortable, and well located. Sally was a fantastic host, responding quickly to our needs and offering suggestions. She even took us for a tour of a cheese factory. The only suggestion we could make is to supply check-in details a little sooner. We didn't receive them until the morning of check-in.
