There were no significant issues. The property is average/basic but not worth the price for the night. Breakfast options are limited. The rooms were not the cleanest and were a bit outdated. The staff was friendly, though.

This is my “go to” hotel when I have a change in work schedule or inclement weather near my office. The remodeled bathrooms are nice and with designer toiletries. I like having a wet bar with a fridge in the room. The wood features in my guest room, however, have signs of “wear and tear.” The lobby was beautifully decorated for Christmas! Breakfast is included, and there is an espresso bar which doubles as a cocktail bar in the evening.

Everything about my stay was great. The free breakfast could have been better. My only complaint is that they charged me $75 Pet cleaning fee. Then they charged me sales tax on the fee and an occupancy fee on the fee. I don’t believe there should be sales tax and an occupancy fee on a cleaning fee. Since I already paid those fees in addition to my room charge each night.

While the overall look of the property was fine, our room was not as clean as it should have been. Some garbage had not been emptied, there were cup rings on the counters that had not been wiped down and there was a slime type substance on the couch. The curtains were very stained from what appeared to be a water leak above the window. The beds and bathroom were nice and clean and that is what mattered the most. Breakfast was outstanding.

I was happy with reception. The hotels swimming pool was not working and that was not clear on time of booking on the Expedia site. The reception offered me a complimentary beer but we were two of us. Lol. Anyways in general the place is cool. A bit of banging on my door once the exit door opens that is right next to us. I guess they have to make the room door more tight to their frame.
