"Room was clean and recently renovated. Air conditioner was extremely noisy to the point where it would wake you up. For the value the room was just fine for a night's sleep. Hotel did not raise rates to crazy amounts during the weekend students were moving into their housing for the semester so this was appreciated. "

"The staff was great easy checking in. The bathroom wasn't cleaned very well, a used wash cloth was hanging off shower rod and tub looked dirty in places."
