We stayed a Saturday and was above bar which was noisy till 12.30 .

"Quick and easy check in. Room had been recently renovated and had everything needed and was very clean throughout with soft fluffy towels and fresh smelling linens.
Food was great quality both at breakfast and from the main menu later in the day. Make sure you book if you want a table for dinner as it is very popular.
All staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. "
"Llety Nest is a semi-detached cottage on a working farm. It is in a picturesque qnd quiet area, and while not in a town, not far to drive for shops etc. The Cottage had a fully equipped kitchen including a slow cooker, stove top, microwave, dishwasher and full oven. The washing machine and dryer were very welcome. The lounge room was also well equipped with free Netflix, and the cottage had good wifi and TV signals. The bed is a double, but comfy. "Absolutely perfect, the rooms are spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable and the shower was hot but the main thing was the owner and her family and friends, I had an accident on my bike during the day and unbeknown to me had concussion, without question we were invited to join the owner in their area later that evening to wait for an ambulance, my friends and myself were made to feel at home even to the point of making me hot chocolate, it felt like we'd known them for years, above and beyond what they needed to do and for that they have my utmost thanks .
I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Seascape again hopefully next time I'll be a bit safer out 😁

"We absolutely enjoyed our stay in Bryn Melyn apartment. It's walking distance to the town centre (although it's a bit hilly.) The room is sparklingly clean, cozy and spacious, and has a stunning view. Barmouth is lovely town and has lots of pubs and restaurants. Highly recommended."
