Like? Cheapest in area. Dislikes? No trash can in room. Air conditioning sounds like a truck starting. WiFi signal so weak I had to use my phone as a hot spot. Person at checkin ignored me to finish inputting a list and then taking a phone call. Oh yeah, what looks like bullet holes next to the door handle along with other holes in the plaster.

The worst experience ever. I checked in this hotel on Tuesday this week. The room was filthy as hell like it is never been cleaned before. I woke up in the morning with tons of red bumps covering my body as in the photo I'm attaching. When I asked to switch my room next day, the service was very poor and the guy at the front desk gave me hard time to change the room. It turned out now that this is caused by bed bugs my family doctor told after looking at them. Bottom line, avoid this hotel at all costs!!!

This property is worn down. It's conveniently located but there are certainly no frills. The walls are thin and it's very dated. On the plus side, the AC worked like a charm and the mattress was extremely comfortable! The convenience of the kitchen is a bonus, too.

The location is easily accessible to a lot of other areas that I needed to go to. The main thing that made me rate low is that the room wasn’t cleaned very well. There was still trash from a previous guest under the sink. The bathroom seemed to only be lightly cleaned cause someone else’s hair was on the toilet. There were ants on the floor before I brought any food into the room. I’ve stayed at other ESA properties that were a lot cleaner than this one.

Felt very unsafe there. Property stayed cooking kitchen and there were no dishes. Had to go ask for utensils and cookware. Staff did their best but the dishes were not at all clean .. when we checked in they said it is going to be continental breakfast.. but it was literally black coffee and muffins and breakfast bars .. in total I felt very unsafe in night with lot of people screaming and loud noises. Expedia needs to double check before posting great photos of insight property .. but it isn’t the case .. I took two rooms. Both were bad. The property didn’t even have a safe to store important stuff. All in all poor experience.

Excelente ubicación, cerca de malls y restaurantes. Transporte público en la puerta prácticamente. Acceso rápido y fácil a autopistas principales. No me gustó la limpieza de áreas comunes de la propiedad, escaleras, pasillos muy sucios y sin mantenimiento. He venido en ocasiones anteriores pero nunca lo había visto así. El personal es poco amable, no son groseros, pero no son lo suficientemente amables como yo esperaría. He estado en varios hoteles similares en la zona y tienen personal en el front desk sonriente, proactivo, con ganas auténticas de ayudar y servir. No es el caso, parece que les molesta su trabajo, nada friendly. Adicionalmente, no sé si no hay filtros con la calidad de la gente que se hospeda. Una madrugada hubo una pelea de una pareja, no hubo agresión física pero sí verbal y no nos dejaban dormir. Otra noche, había gente lavando su carro de noche pero escuchando música a volumen muy alto, no se podía descansar. No es un lugar para descansar o trabajar tranquilamente, es un lugar de paso, si tienes que salir temprano y regresar tarde por la noche puede servir. Pero de todas formas creo que el precio no lo justifica, con lo que ofeecen en servicio poco amable, falta de limpieza en areas comunes y falta de preocupación para que los huéspedes descansen con tranquilidad, está overpriced. Solo queda bien la ubicación, nada más. No regresaría para allá por ese precio, no vale la pena.

The interior of the room was clean, but that was it. The parking lot, the stairs, the hallways are disgusting. Trash everywhere and people smoking all over the stairs and outside the rooms. And not only tobacco.

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The room had a stench that I could not alíviate after using a can of glade. The carpet was dirty. My socks turned brown when I walked without shoes for a couple of minutes. The kitchen and bathroom floors were sticky. The kitchen was very dated and dirt, non usable. The toilet moved when used because it was not properly secured to the floor. This was a horrible accommodation at any price and totally unexpected for the Fair Oaks (Fairfax, VA) area. I endured this horrible experience because I was only staying for 3 days. Completely unacceptable.

Dirty, nasty not what I saw in pictures
Mold all over shower curtain. Small, just gross all around. Afraid to open cabinets that there might be bugs. Noise motel like atmosphere. Grab and go breakfast is Coffee and small muffin. Others staying there are playing loud rap music, smoking and god only knows what else.
