"We were in town for a couple days in November for a youth hockey tournament in St. Albans. The location and general area are nice with many offerings for food and shopping. Beautiful lake house as advertised, and very spacious! Mattresses are firm. I need a fairly dark room for sleeping and the window treatments did a pretty good job blocking light. My family enjoyed our time there and are considering a trip next summer!"

"Our party of 4 couples spent a weekend at the Mountain House in mid October for a road race at the Alchemist. The 8 of us had plenty of room; the beds were comfortable and the hot tub was a wonderful treat after running the race. The house is a few minutes from town in a quiet location in Mountain Rd. Be sure to read the information about key pick up and drop off ( as I forgot to do prior to arrival). Charming home with lots of room! We enjoyed the little touches like the gift bag upon arrival...
