We arrived earlier than expected into town and decided to call to see if our room was available for check in. The employee happily answered and provided a time to call back to check in. Thankfully we were able to get into the room to get my daughter ready for her gymnastics camp. Great service and a spacious room.

Property and room was perfect! The only thing I would say is they would need to let guests know there is no jacuzzi. Please Residence Inn take that picture off of the profile so everyone knows it’s just a pool. Also the elevator didn’t work and it was a struggle going up the stairs to the third floor with our older family members. Other than that it was perfect!

Overpriced for a poorly-run hotel
Hallways were frequently dirty and needed vacuuming. Things were not working like the elevator and computer in the business area. Elevators were out of service for three full weeks. Laundry facility was there but offered no soap or softener dispensers so unless you brought your own you had to go shopping for detergent. Breakfast was the same every day. Plumbing in room needed attention. Drains were slow and partially clogged. Disposal in kitchen sink was not working properly. The stove top in room wasnt working properly and therefor I could not use it to cook anything. I couldn’t even boil water. When I asked for housekeeping all I got was a made up bed and a few new towels. No new sheets. No dishwasher soap. No cleaning of the kitchen.

Overall the room was an excellent value, and about as nice as you could expect. The room was quiet, comfortable, clean, high marks all around. The only issues my fiance and I had was towel refresh toilet paper of all things. My fiance got told he had to wait until 9am for housekeeping, and when my fiance told them I was currently IN the restroom in need of some TP, the hotel employee basically shrugged his shoulders. Only after angering my fiance to the point he berated him did the employee begrudgingly go get some. Just a small, rude, unnecessary altercation from what was otherwise an excellent stay.
