Great place for a couple that is spending more than one night. The hide a beds were too uncomfortable to consider as a place for extra guests.

Very limited dishes, utensils, t-towels. Bed, pillows, couch were all WELL used and need replacing.Curtains did not block street lights. Blind on the door was tattered and ripped. Several bulbs were burnt out and need to be replaced.Our room overlooked the parking lot. Positive- it was clean.

People complain about the front desk issue. These people don't read the fine print can't follow instructions. This property feels more like a private condo which you have full access to, within the length of your stay. We love the BBQ, full kitchen, and roomy washroom. Follow the owner's instructions and your check-in will be a breeze. Unlike hotels with front desk, no line ups during check ins and no waiting. Also, the location is very close to the fairmont hot springs. Love it, and we will book it again next time our family comes here.

The light inside the apartment is not bright enough, the kitchen lights has only one light on, the other two were broken. Overall it's a pretty good stay.

The condo was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately we couldn’t get our phones connected to wifi no matter how we followed the directions and called the help number provided. The kitchen dish cloth and tea towel were clean but so stained and old I wouldn’t use them. The bathroom although clean had no bath soap, tub safety mat, hand towels or hairdryer. We only needed a night's stay so we were ok but I wouldn’t stay here for a longer period.

Hell of a check-in, but comfortable
This isn't a hotel but an VRBO type of rental. Place is clean (except for dirty dishes left in dishwasher and dirty utensil by the BBQ) and comfortable once you check in, but the actual unit address and check in process wasn't clearly communicated way before hand, leading to check-in delay. The place is remote so cellular data didn't work well. A few light bulbs were missing, such as bedroom and microwave over range light. There could be more pots and cutlery for such a place too.
