Barn Conversion With Luxury Comfort And Beautiful Peaceful Location

Now available for holiday lets, this property is a simply stunning converted Norfolk brick and flint barn with 4 en-suite bedrooms. All bedrooms on upstairs level, and need to be accessed via stairs. The barn was converted and finished to an exceptionally high standard in 2016, and it's design means that there are some outstanding features found within the property. It is perfectly located in the heart of North Norfolk, and under 9 miles to the beach. The peaceful village of Little Snoring provides an idyllic base for a relaxing retreat, whilst being surrounded by some of the delights of Norfolk, including the majestic Georgian village of Holt.

In the light of more and more people deciding to take their holidays in the UK, this property offers it's guests fantastic value for money. The 'freedom' of self catering and having everyone together in a spacious, high quality accommodation where each bedroom has its own bathroom, has become a very popular modern way of taking a holiday. There is plenty of private parking for guests staying in the property.

A beautiful place to stay with friends but some minor errors
The house was beautiful but could of done with brighter lights in the house including the twin room. The doors seem to need shaving so they could close quieter and there was 1 door in the kitchen that needed to be adjusted as it made a noise.Cant really comment on other rooms.

Fabulous barn conversion
We were a group of 8 ladies celebrating big birthdays for a long weekend Great location to explore North Norfolk The barn was excellent and plenty of parking We took all our own food and drink The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and with crockery and cutlery. Great to have two fridges The lounge was comfortable with lots of sofas and a dining area Loved the comfortable beds with good quality mattresses, pillows and linens The en suites for each room we’re clean and modern Not being able to get in till 5pm was a small niggle as we weren’t travelling far and wanted to beat the Friday traffic but we found a local pub! Communication with the owner was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay

Spacious and comfortable property.
Our annual family get together group of 7 adults really enjoyed our short stay at this large barn conversion. We had plenty of space to meet up in a variety of comfortable areas around the home, (and also on the enclosed garden patio), but could also get away from others to quiet rooms elsewhere in this very large property. All of the living area rooms were substantial, spotlessly clean and well equipped, as were the four bedrooms (all en-suite). This is a very well thought out conversion of a period working barn and would suit any large gathering of people visiting this area of Norfolk. A car is essential to enjoy the area, but there are plenty of places to visit within a short distance and it was always nice to return to such a pleasant property after our daily travels around the county. The lunchtime Sunday roast is highly recommended at the superb Barsham Arms, just 10 minutes drive from the barn. The owner of No 6 Manor Barns, Simon, was friendly and attentive during the planning of our trip and also kept the nightly rate the same for this year as for early 2021 when we were forced to cancel our stay due to the pandemic, which was greatly appreciated.

We had a great time at the property . Plenty of room for 4 couples to relax. Clean and welcoming on arrival, plenty of parking. Huge communal areas, whole house nice and warm. Excellent communal kitchen. The few queries we had were swiftly answered by Simon, the host. Would recommend to friends wanting a 4 bed house for a break. Would revisit.

Wonderful large luxurious Barn conversion
A beautiful property in a lovely village. Very well appointed throughout and a very well equipped kitchen, very clean and luxurious bed linen and towels. The very secluded courtyard garden is great for eating alfresco (slightly limited for children). Excellent car parking and very quiet with no noise from neighbours. We had a very enjoyable stay and loved exploring the surrounding area. We would recommend and plan to return.

Old grain barn
A great property, very well equipped. Just one or two items need adding / replacing. There are only 7 mugs (one was chipped too) - not great for a household of 8. The cutlery basket in the dishwasher has been damaged and items fall through. A broom would have been useful. However - no complaints, just hopefully helpful tips. (P.S. a visible sign to the property at the entrance would be helpful) (P.S. the security key holder was broken)

Spacious Barn
We had a lovely stay at this large barn, with en suite bathrooms, large comfy beds, TVs in all rooms! It has a lovely courtyard with BBQ although this time of year we made better use of the log fire, with logs provided. The kitchen has sociable space and plenty of kitchen gadgets, although it was lacking in some of the smaller cooking utensils. Other than that there is plenty of crockery, pots and pans for family cooking. If you like music I suggest taking a portable blue tooth speaker. It is in a great location for getting to the coast, visiting local towns and countryside all around. Great place to stay!

Perfect week away for baby’s first Christmas
The property was beautiful with plenty of space. Bedrooms comfortable and all with a modern en-suite, each room also had their own thermostat which was a nice touch. Well stocked modern kitchen with appliances and trays etc to prepare food, Christmas dinner was no problem! Location was very good, quiet and peaceful. Short drive to supermarket and short drives to local beaches for walks etc. Simon was an excellent host who was quick at responding to any of our queries. Would definitely stay again and already recommending to all our family and friends.

Brilliant family stay
Had a fantastic time made even better by a fantastic property. As a family of seven (grandad, sister and partner, myself and partner with two children) there was ample room, helped by all rooms having an en suite. After busy days exploring the surrounding areas we could all escape into different parts of the house. A few things we done whilst visiting; Wells Next Sea - large beach with sand dunes Cromer - try the crab! Blickling House - hire bikes Langham Glassworks - make your own whiskey glass (or Christmas decoration!) Morston Quay - seal watching Wroxham (on the Broads) - hire a boat (take a picnic and hot drink in a flask, saw lots of Kingfishers) We will definitely be back and can highly recommend this property. Would like to say a special thank you to Simon who was kind enough to arrange delivery of fire wood so the children could do a log fire) See you next time!

We stayed for 3 nights in October and loved everything about it. The barn was clean, spacious and well maintained, with lovely décor. The beds were very comfortable and all bedrooms have modern en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. Smashing family holiday in North Norfolk
We had an amazing week in this beautiful property. We were 2 families of 4 and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and the 4 en-suites made showering after our lovely beach trips super easy. Morrison’s very handy in Fakenham and also had a lovely Thai takeaway from the Crawfish restaurant, just up the road. Communication with Simon was easy and he was quick to reply to any queries. I would thoroughly recommend this property for families and adults alike.
