"The apartment am Grundlsee is a beautiful modern apartment with all the amenities. Everything we needed for our stay, for cooking and sleeping. Location is right in the middle of the tiny town, and the only drawback is that it sits right on the main road, so there is daytime traffic noise, but nights are fine. The lake is right across the street and the view is amazing. Grundlsee is a piece of heaven on earth!"

"Lovely apartment, we particularly enjoyed the in-built sauna. It would be really useful to have an information pack in the apartment giving details about the surrounding area (ski area, restaurants, things to do) and also to provide instructions on how things work in the flat - we couldn't log on to the WiFi via the QR code and had to contact facilities to get a code, the coffee machine worked once and then refused to play ball, sauna controls were a bit of a mystery, but we got it working."

"After we left we were charged 200 euros claiming that two living room pillows were wet outside and on the door of a storage room that was broken before we arrived, half a bottle of wine and olive oil that turned out to belong to the villa owner and we were not told anything about it. We received a threat that they would turn to the police and a lawyer. It's just a disgrace to charge such a large sum for such small things"
