Staff did an amazing job taking care of the hotel residents. The restaurants were well stocked with all different types of food. There was only one resturant open between 4pm-6pm which made the selections a little scarce during that timeframe but I understand the reset of the restaurants from breakfast to lunch to dinner food. The bars were adequately stocked. The pools are amazing and access to the beach is soooo close. I would def visit again.

This property was very beautiful, only cons I had were the bathrooms. I had to go back to my room a few times (just to pee) cause I couldn’t find a bathroom that wasn’t in use(only one stall) or wasn’t being cleaned. Another con was just a few restaurants that you had to make reservations for, took forever to bring refill cups and we just ended up leaving. The teriyaki restaurant was very cool and the beach (bring water shoes) was very rocky but was very nice and was good for snorkeling, also get out to the chairs early by the pool and the beach if you want one, they go quick. Room was very nice as well.

I absolutely loved everything about ocean Eden Bay. I will go back and stay two weeks straight at a time. The staff were all beautiful, clean looking well groomed so nice so accommodating to my. I have no complaints about this place. I loved every moment of it.

I loved this adults only resort! The family resort was within a short walking distance. We were able to use all amenities and restaurants !! Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and spacious! No issues. I booked my husband's father's trip with friends for 2025 at this resort because I liked it so much ! Shot out to the excursion lady....the bomb!! I will be back!!!!

The property is very nice but somewhat secluded. If you’re going to take a taxi off the property it’s very costly. We liked that your room key is your wrist bracelet. Rooms are very nice and on the bigger side we’d like that you didn’t have to make reservations for the restaurants. Wide variety of food options which we thought we’re all very good.Service is hit or miss. We didn’t feel super pampered.There is no beach to walk, just a small cove of beach, which is very small. Pools are lovely.

BEWARE OF FAKE REVIEWS! The workers at this resort walk around begging for 5 star reviews after providing mediocre service. If you are someone who travels frequently and knows what to expect at resorts, I would NOT recommend this resort. I arrived at the hotel around 2:30 PM. I did not get to enter my room until after 6:00 PM. The bracelets that my sister and I were given to access our room would not work. I walked back and forth to/from the lobby (carrying my own bags) MULTIPLE times due to not being able to get into the room! There was an issue with the door and instead of just giving us another room we had to wait for someone to come fix the door. It was my birthday, so I was expecting some type of decoration especially after waiting for so long to get into the room. Nothing. Not even the door banner. They didn't put the birthday banner up until the next day. The front desk workers couldn't care less about the hassle that I went through. They offered nothing for my inconvenience. The employees at this resort are beyond rude. To be straight forward, don't expect good customer service if you are Black. I experienced blatant discrimination at this resort. My sister and I brought a lot of cash just to tip the workers, but we had minimal opportunities to tip due to the trash service and nasty attitudes. I can count on one hand the amount of pleasant workers that I came across at this resort. This was our 3rd time in Jamaica, and the worst experience ever. Avoid staying here!!

Overpriced and underwhelming. Incredibly disappointed in our stay. Don’t waste your money on any upgrades to Privilege - there’s no value here. This property includes a family section - there’s no restriction between the two properties. Kids come and go frequently, including the adults only and Privilege beach area Handful of Privilege daybeds and lounge chairs are first come first serve, towels save them for the day so get there by 8 am. All other lounge chairs are gone by 9 am, impossible to get seating at the pool or beach. Our first immediate complaint was the lack of cleanliness, particularly our bathroom, which was not serviced at all after repeated requests. Food was mediocre, had 2 nice meals over the week we stayed. Persistent attempts to sell dope on the beach were annoying to say to the least. I used the lobby bathroom and was asked to supply cab fare so the attendant could get home… didn’t feel like I had an option. Would not recommend, and unfortunately have no desire to return.
