"Do not stay here. My son and I were very disappointed with this place. It is terribly mis-represented, the bathroom was dark as the lights do not work and smells of cigarette smoke, the bathroom door does not close, the shower door is a safety hazard as it is completely disconnected so you have to lift it up and move it to the side, it can fall over and break if you are not careful, the couch is not as pictured, it is a different thing covered in stains, the outdoor chair is completely broken...

"My son his wife and their two children loved our stay at the Borg residence. It was spacious, quite and had all the amenities needed to make our stay enjoyable. We were able to meet with our friends and mix with friendly and hospitable people. It's refreshing to be in an area with no crime where people are laid back and inviting. Brilliant hotel, next to the tram line (1).

"Located less than 5 minutes from Danmarksplass tram stop (on the direct line from the airport to Bergen city centre), this was in the perfect location for me. The hotel was clean, felt safe and was a very good price. It was unusual to not have a TV in the room - but I didn't need on anyway. The hotel had a luggage storeroom which I was able to access before check-in - this allowed me to drop my bags mid-morning and go into the city centre for the day. The hotel has a partner restaurant on site (offering a discount for hotel users) and there in another restaurant immediately under the hotel - plus plenty of takeaway places, some shops and a coffee shop within 2 mins walk. There is also a communal area in reception with access to a kettle, microwave etc - and there was a vending machine and coffee machine if needed. I would very happily stay here again."
