"This is a great option if you're staying in San Antonio. I missed the deadline to book accommodations onsite at the conference I was attending and came across the Riverwalk Plaza on Expedia. It's tucked away a bit (my uber driver was shocked to learn of this hotel lol), but it's a nice spot and less than a 5 min walk to the main streets. The lobby and my room were both clean, cozy and well maintained. When I messaged the front desk about issues with the room's heating, they sent someone to fix it immediately. Niche, the hotel's coffee shop, is lovely as well. "

"Hotels.com booked the wrong night, so I was told I had to call Expedia to get the reservation changed to 2/17 check-in date. I could not understand 3/4 of what the lady (apparently from India) was trying to say to me. Luckily the young girl at the hotel check-in desk was extremely nice and helpful; she spoke with the India lady and 15-20 minutes later the reservation was finally changed. I then learned that the rate of $114 shown on googlemaps does not include tax, guest service fee ($28+),or parking ($32+tax). Grand total therefore became $180+/- for one night stay. Room was very nice, and quiet. Thermostat can be set to the temp you want, but there is no option to have the fan only come on when the unit is making cool or heat; fan runs continuously. Breakfast was very good, but there is no bulk half&half offered, only the tiny plastic containers. Only 2% milk for cereal, no whole milk."

"We have stayed at this hotel many times. We don't even look anywhere else when in San Antonio, It has its own entrance on to the Riverwalk, it is close to shopping, great food, everything we need while in town. There is an indoor pool and a rooftop pool, the view is amazing."
