Everything was great. The room was clean, cool and quiet. I just wish they had a microwave in the room. Staff were nice and friendly. Convenient location. Its walking distance to Henry B. Convention, Rivercenter mall, the riverwalk, the Alamo and so many others.

Wish we would have known parking was an extra $40 a night would have booked some where that included parking. Staff was rude when questioned why that wasn't on the booking sights. Won't stay there again. Customer service matters it doesn't matter how nice the hotel is.
