"This was a gorgeous property and hotel in a picturesque setting. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel bar is nice. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the bathroom is so small. Perhaps this isn't the case in the better rooms - we took the basic room."

"This is a sprawling complex that is tucked away from the main part of Garmisch-Partenkirchen but still accessible via car, taxi, bus, or even just a nice walk. We had a two-bedroom apartment with a balcony. This was plenty of room two parents and two adult children (though they did have to sleep in bunk beds which was throwback to childhood memories). I also enjoyed the free taijiquan class in the adjacent training facility. We plan to stay again."

"We stayed one night in September 2024. Room 286 has a balcony overlooking the lake and the mountains. Geraniums line the deck railing. The room is beautifully designed with plenty of space for your things and it is very well lit.
